Whenever you need technical support, we strongly recommend that you utilize our easy-to-use ticket support system.

On top of being user-friendly, all support communications are saved and can be easily and rapidly retrieved for later analyzis at a future date if necessary.

Our support system was designed for speed and efficiency. Failing to use it could mean you might have to re-explain your problem a second time, if later you are still experiencing a similar problem.

Our ticket support system is available on your Plesk control panel. Simply click here for a graphic display of where the access button is placed on Plesk.

It is conveniently labelled Help Desk. All you need to do is click on it.

Using it is very simple. Just write our technical support department a short but descriptive note about the current problem you are experiencing. Once you've sent us a support ticket, it is automatically saved by Plesk.

You will then receive an e-mail confirmation, as well as our support staff, and that is when we will analyze what the problem is and we will answer back to the ticket once we've found a solution to the problem.

If ever your current hosting package does not support such additional work, of if your account needs to be upgraded in any way, you will promptly be notified before we start the upgrade or the work that is deemed necessary on your hosting account.
